Secabo TCC SMART automatic cap press

With the new TCC SMART cap press Secabo opens up innovative ways and thus an even better performance in the finishing of baseball caps, hats and similar products. The TCC SMART controller is equipped with a Bluetooth interface which, with the free Secabo SMART Transfer app, allows press control while simultaneously accessing a comprehensive function database. For the user this means: Simply enter the type of fabric and the transfer material and the appropriate combinations for temperature, time and pressure can be called up. Additional functions such as the calculation of heating times and warning functions make the app a valuable aid for all common hot transfer processes. The contact pressure of the new Secabo TCC SMART cap transfer press is set by means of a handwheel on the underside of the easily exchangeable base elements, a cap that has been pulled on is tensioned from below by means of a clamp. The automatic opening TCC SMART has a large opening angle and a button for manual opening before the set time expires. It is suitable for professional application of all common hot transfer processes such as flock foils, flex foils, sublimation, transfer, inkjet-flex etc.

Intelligent display features and an intuitive control concept

Our SMART models are equipped with brand-new electronics, which were developed on the basis of Secabo's extensive industry know-how. For the first time, the automatically opening knee-lever presses' digital controller is equipped with a Bluetooth interface allowing for operation via the free transfer app Secabo Smart Transfer. Furthermore, the controller also comes with new and revised features. In addition to known settings, such as temperature and time, the range of functions has been extended to include settings for pre-pressing, a counter function, sleep and auto-off mode, 10 memory locations for transfer parameters, and many more features. The control concept has been completely reworked to further improve press handling for the user - the new rotary push button and the large display are significant contributions here.

World first: Control app for precise and efficient workflow

The Secabo Smart Transfer App is a free control app for Secabo's SMART transfer presses. In addition to normal control functions, suitable transfer parameters for many tissue types and transfer media can be retrieved from a cloud database. In addition to time and temperature, different pressure settings can be distinguished here. The combination with small base plates and thus extremely high contact pressure achieve extremely short transfer times, which so far no manufacturer of transfer presses or transfer media has specified. Simply enter the fabric type and the transfer material and the appropriate combinations for temperature, time and pressure can be called up. Additional functions such as the calculation of heat-up times and warning functions make the app a valuable aid in all common hot-transfer methods. It is a huge information pool for laymen and professionals alike - the pre-tested transfer parameter pairings are not "known" by work experience alone and can only be used by specifying the app. The Secabo Smart Transfer App can also control multiple SMART transfer presses with one mobile device - smartphone or tablet. Saving, managing, and loading jobs in the Secabo Smart Transfer app allows retrieval and reproducible use of previously used transfer parameters.
